An experienced and dedicated English teacher with outstanding strategic delivery of skills in English Language and Literature along with new literary theories seeking a paradigm shift from teacher to Facilitator in Soft Skills leading to the concepts of T Q M and H R D with the logistic approaches to promote and sustain an individual resourcefulness and the leadership effectiveness of the beneficiaries towards excellence in humane understanding through interventions in personal, interpersonal, managerial and social skills to elevate technical, conceptual and human relation skills enthralling the work culture more harmoniously on par with spiritual and ethical values by creating congenial environment or overall the life cycle.

 Experience in teaching Advance Grammar and Phonetics to the young graduate students for the last 23 years. Demonstrated various skills to make it very successful by implementing better learning techniques and processes using audio-visual aids like LCD Projectors.

 Experience in facilitating teachers with new classroom teaching methods, strategies and techniques at tertiary and undergraduate level especially the delivery of grammar components to the students with fun and joy by creating an everlasting enthusiasm.

Happy to state that three colleges have been accredited at B+ level and other four at B level.



 Domains include student centric teaching-learning process, teacher centric learning-teaching process, designing innovative teaching modules and implementing need based modules on par with monitoring, mentorship, accountability, usability, testing, evaluating and promoting excellence.

 Resource management skills include successfully building new teams, performance appraisal, mentoring and building cross group and cross functional relationships.

 Proficiency in Computer Knowledge especially working on Windows Vista and XP Home/ Professional edition, Voice Detection, Internet, MS Office, Adobe P.M.

 Teaching Phonetics and Drama Techniques in Language learning in the well - nature- of - tech- savvy Language Laboratory through Multi Media using Wi Fi system in the radius of 100 Mtrs. It can be accessed through FM radio on the mobile. The students those who use FM radio in campus are interrupted with the signals of classroom teaching in and around the college.

• Participated in International Conference on “American Studies” held at Indo-American Centre for International Studies, Hyderabad from 17 January to 12 February 2000 and presented a paper on “Critical Theories in Emily Dickinson’s Poems”.

• Worked as a Resource Person and dealt with the topic on “Accent, Rhythm and Intonation” in Two Week Workshop conducted by the Forum of English Teachers at Gadag district under the aegis of DDPI Department of Education.

• Adopted and extended the innovative methods of teaching English to the rural students and produced amazing results.

• Served as Guest Lecturer in English at K. L. E. Society’s Women’s College, Gadag and strengthened the quality of teaching-learning process that resulted into an enormous increase in the intake of lady students (especially from 126 to 396 between 1988 and 1993).

• Experimented with various innovative methods of teaching through classroom interactions and interventions at the hay days of teaching to understand personal strengths and weaknesses.

• Attended Refresher Course at Department of English, Mangalore University, Mangalore during 1996

• Attended KPSC Personality Test and Viva Voce for the Posts of Gazetted Officer I & II on 15 March 1996 wherein the interview was very excellent but no hard cash to pay for the then Chairman of KPSC and other members.

• Worked for the Preservation of Environment at Kappat Hills by Cycle Expedition everyday protecting flora and fauna along with folk physicians and farmers.

• The Results of KPSC Examination for the Posts of Gazetted Officer I & II were announced in 1994 and I secured 1127/1500 marks in GO I and 897/1200 GO II post

• Served as a Social Worker in earthquake hit areas viz., Lathur, Killari, Sasthur, Salegoan, Holi, Tawsi and other 42 villages of Maharashtra and saved more than 15 lives from the debris during 1993.

• Attended Orientation Course at Academic Staff College, Karnataka University, Dharwad 1993.

• Attended KPSC Examination for the Posts of Gazetted Officer I & II in 1992

• Trekked on bicycle the various historical places in Karnataka and Maharashtra during vacations from 1989 to 1993

• It was unique experience to face the Class Room interventions made during teaching process apart from traditional method of teaching.

• Astonished to find majority of my students were senior to me in B. A. II and B. A. III Basic English Classes.

• Adopted boxing methods to promote the talent of advanced learners and slow learners which yielded excellent results at annual examination conducted by Karnataka University, Dharwad

• Served as Chairman of Debate Committee at College Level.

• Conducted free Grammar Classes for Students of Local Colleges with solid interactions among students.

• Teaching Skills influenced upon Prin. S. N. Patil of J T College, Gadag who came to me and tendered with love an order copy to serve as Guest Lecturer in English in K. L. E. Society’s Women’s College, Gadag and the girl students made me the standard as well as the popular professor during my hey days of teaching

• Conducted free Coaching Classes for Competitive Examinations like KPSC, LIC, BSRB and Promotion Examinations of Various institutions.
